This is information straight from us in the kitchen. We are still completing the label for the gluten-free bun from our baker.
What we know: the bun is gluten-free, from our baker, and contains no sesame. This burger deliberately comes without fried onion — that one may contain gluten. We prepare the burger separately from the other dishes.
What that does not change: there is one kitchen and it is shared. Preparing it separately lowers the risk, it does not rule it out — flour is in the air, on the boards and on our hands all day. That is why we will not tell you here that it is free of gluten to the last crumb; we will tell you exactly what we can back up.
