We get our buns from a baker and our meat from a butcher. We fry in separate fryers and the fries have their own — they do not go into the one used for breaded meat.

Wolt, Bolt Food and Bistro.sk have their own couriers and their system handles the order — it is created with them, not with us. Delivery takes about an hour. The packaging fee is already in the price of the food.

Allergens, delivery and having a dish your way.
For every dish we state the ingredients, the weight and the allergen numbers under Annex II of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 — and what those numbers mean. For combined dishes (deal menus, hot dogs, the chicken mix) we list everything that can appear in them depending on the sauce or burger you pick, and we say so on the dish. You will find the list on the Allergens page.
We do not have a separate gluten-free kitchen. In the search you can write "gluten free" and we will show only dishes whose ingredients we have verified and which contain no gluten. But we cook in one kitchen, so cross-contamination cannot be ruled out entirely — if you have an allergy, tell us when you order and we will tell you exactly what goes into the dish.
Yes, and there is nothing unusual about it — we do it all day. Leave out a sauce or the onion, add cheddar or bacon, swap the side, have the sauce on the side. With the deal menus, the burger and the side are your choice. Just say so when you order or write it in the note.
We deliver through Wolt, Bolt Food and Bistro.sk. They have their own couriers and the order is created with them, not with us — delivery, timing and any complaint about the transport is handled by their system. Delivery takes about an hour.
